BUYING REAL ESTATE
Buying a home is a big decision in your life. Contact me once you zero in on a home and get educated about the process that you are up against. In a brief conversation or email, you’ll quickly understand what the “offer stage” of your process looks like and what the next steps would be for getting your transaction up and running and getting your real estate lawyer on board with you. When BUYING and SELLING … there are many “coordination” and “juggling” topics to discuss early in the process with your real estate lawyer so you go into the process with the proper expectations, etc.
