Joe is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, Cum Laude and he has been practicing law in NY State since 1989. Representing sellers and purchasers of residential and commercial real estate, his practice involves a full range of diverse transactions (simple to complex) with various types of financing, as well as title examination, financing issues, contract negotiation, document preparation, client consultation and the attendance/supervision at the closing table. He has taught for many years at the NY Real Estate Learning Center, Inc., lectured on real estate topics for real estate professionals and is admitted to practice before NY State Courts and the US District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of NY.
